Investeam’s 2024 project is the restoration and preservation of the iconic Beit El Al building, located in a prime spot in the heart of Tel Aviv. This building, etched in the history of Tel Aviv and Israel, is the country’s first office tower.
Completed in 1963, it is now celebrating its 60th anniversary. Developed by Aryeh Pilz and designed by architects Dov and Ram Karmi, the building was constructed in the Brutalist style that dominated the 1960s and has been officially designated for preservation.
With great respect for the building’s heritage, we are currently restoring it.
The properties offered for rent are being renovated into modern offices according to Investeam’s high standards.
The façade and floors are currently undergoing renovation, and companies are already moving into the building.
Here you see the offices of MANYONE, which has found its home in the renewed Beit El Al.
The offices were designed by us and delivered to the company with the highest level of finish.
On this floor (the first), we are now offering an additional 1,250 sqm for rent.
On the 12th floor, with a breathtaking urban view, we are offering another 800 sqm, connected to the stunning rooftop above, which will be equipped with a deck suitable for offices or a bar/restaurant unlike any other in the city.

The building’s façade is already under renovation, and this iconic tower, which lay dormant and neglected for years, is now coming back to life with a fresh, updated look for 2024. We’re truly excited about it!
One more update we’d like to share is that about 2,000 sqm of the elegant office wing at our Kishon 8 complex, located opposite Ayalon Mall in Bnei Brak, is becoming available. The space spans three floors, including a full private floor, as shown in the photo.
The previous tenants who leased the complex are moving to their new premises. These modern offices come fully equipped with everything a business needs and are ready for immediate occupancy. They include a large kitchen and an impressive balcony with views of Ramat Gan’s cityscape.
