Spring is already here, and after receiving so much feedback from you on our first winter newsletter—and having the pleasure of meeting some of you for the first time during tours of our properties—it’s clear we’re just getting started.
Here is Investeam’s Spring Newsletter: a few updates on what’s happening with us and maybe some properties that have become available for rent and could interest you as well.

Fully Furnished and Designed Offices for Rent at the Af’al 22 Complex, Petah Tikva
Over the past year, we’ve received many inquiries about our Af’al 22 complex in Kiryat Aryeh, Petah Tikva, and until now, there were no available spaces.
Here’s an important update — an office wing of 210 sqm is now available for rent, fully designed and furnished, ready for immediate occupancy.
The space is divided into open-plan work areas, meeting rooms, and management offices. Just bring your computers and start working!
The complex is conveniently located near the Red Line light rail station.

2,000 sqm Available for Rent at the Kishon 8 Complex
The Kishon 8 complex in Bnei Brak, where we are also located, is currently undergoing a facelift and upgrade: new paint for the exterior walls, a gym for tenants, and a shuttle service from the train station directly to the complex, situated in the heart of Bnei Brak’s city center opposite Ayalon Mall.
Starting in May, 2,000 sqm across three floors will become available — stylish offices designed to Investeam’s standards by an architect, featuring a large kitchen, restrooms within the premises, and a spacious balcony with shading, garden furniture, and greenery.
2nd Floor: 610 sqm
3rd Floor: Entire floor, 1,025 sqm
4th Floor: 305 sqm
You can lease the entire space or choose one of the three floors and customize it to your needs. You’re invited for a tour of the complex, followed by coffee at our office.

The preservation work on the renewed Beit El Al is in full swing.
At Beit El Al, our flagship project, preservation work has accelerated significantly. As you can see, aluminum framing and glazing installation are currently underway, with the restoration and renewal of the base floors in this iconic Tel Aviv building scheduled for completion by June.
We offer a variety of rental spaces in the building, ranging from 200 sqm on the 4th and 9th floors with views of the Tel Aviv coastline, up to 1,400 sqm on the first floor, featuring a lush rooftop garden furnished with outdoor seating, directly and exclusively connected to the floor below.
