A New Kindergarten for the Children of Central Tel Aviv – Harmony Network, Rabin Square Branch
Our successful collaboration with the Harmony early childhood education network continues! Following the success of the Ben Yehuda branch at our Beit El Al property, we teamed up once again to establish a second kindergarten — this time in a special location in the heart of Tel Aviv: the Rabin Square branch.
We went the extra mile and pushed into turbo mode to complete everything on time, so the children of central Tel Aviv could start the school year in a brand-new and beautiful kindergarten.
The results speak for themselves.
Harmony is a preschool education network inspired by the Australian approach, placing a strong emphasis on communication, professionalism, and community. In planning the space, we focused on creating a bright, clean-lined, and minimalist design that highlights the stunning urban views the staff and children will enjoy every day.
The Kishon 8 Complex – A New Facade for Our Property
Kishon 8 Complex – A Facelift and a New Chapter
The renovation and upgrade of our Kishon 8 complex has entered its next phase. As part of the process, the building’s façade has been refreshed with modern plaster and a new color scheme. Recently vacated spaces have undergone a complete renovation in true Investeam standards, including new flooring, paint, lighting, and lush greenery on the garden balconies.
New signage for the complex will be installed soon.
New companies are about to find their home here. As part of the available office spaces currently being marketed, we’re offering the following options – click the links for full property details:
